Les bords de l'affiche présentent d'importantes déchirures et plis. Les plus importants ont été réparés à l'aide de ruban adhésif d'archivage. Légère décoloration. Néanmoins, l'affiche est dans l'ensemble en bon état et peut être encadrée. Conforme à Paris Musées / Carnavalet Réf. : QB.954. Alexandre Baylac était un caricaturiste et lithographe français du XIXe siècle actif à Paris, connu pour ses uvres satiriques sur la guerre franco-prussienne de 1870-1871 et la Commune qui suivit. L'une de ses uvres les plus satiriques était « Les Criminels Célèbres ! ».

The worst of these have been repaired with archival tape. A little darkening. Nevertheless, the bulk of the poster is in good condition, and it is suitable for framing.
