Saint-Bris était une figure culturelle de premier plan qui a fondé le festival littéraire La Forêt des Livres près de Loches et le Festival du film de Cabourg. Il a également reçu de nombreuses distinctions, dont le Prix Interallié en 2002. He was born in Loches, Indre-et-Loire, France, and grew up at the family-owned Château du Clos Lucé in Amboise, a historic site linked to Leonardo da Vinci. Saint-Bris was a prominent cultural figure who founded the literary festival La Forêt des Livres near Loches and the Cabourg Film Festival. He was also a recipient of multiple honours including the Prix Interallié in 2002.
