France S.P. 1925 Portrait original au pastel, signé et daté de 1925, représentant une jeune femme coiffée d'un turban et portant des boucles d'oreilles pendantes. Un portrait attrayant, clairement dans le style art déco des années 1920. Il s'agit manifestement d'un artiste talentueux. Sur papier d'art épais. Le filigrane montre des clés croisées couronnées avec les initiales GS (fabricant de papier non identifié). Le tiers inférieur de la feuille présente quelques légères pliures, mais le portrait reste néanmoins attrayant. Une légère empreinte d'un ancien passe-partout est visible. Il est désormais maintenu sans fixation sous un passe-partout en carton. 48 cm x 31 cm.

Obviously a skilled artist. On heavy chain art paper The watermark shows crowned crossed keys with countermark initials GS (unidentified papermaker). There is a touch of light creasing to the lower third of the sheet, otherwise an attractive portrait. Slight imprint of old passe partout is showing. Now loosely held under card passe partout. 48cm x 31cm. .
