Asking to withdraw the law of December 21, 1814, through which foreign iron became subject to heavy import duties. These in their turn provoked reactions from foreign countries in the form of heavy duties on export products from France and thus severely damaging French trade and commerce. In addition the law made the imported iron very expensive and this too damaged trade and commerce. The first piece has at the end a list of signatairies.
